I hereby give permission to Dayetime Photography, LLC to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release.
I hereby release and hold harmless Dayetime Photography, LLC from any reasonable expectation of privacy of confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs of participation in company marketing material or other company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
I hereby release Dayetime Photography, LLC, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
